Three Flowers Technology, LLC provides professional technology consulting services, including Atlassian consulting, migration support, documentation, technical troubleshooting, and related professional services.

Three Flowers Technology uses personal information for legitimate business purposes, including:

  • Preparing proposals, contracts, invoices, and documentation

  • Supporting migration, troubleshooting, validation, and post-migration activities

Three Flowers Technology does not sell personal information.

3. Customer Data

When providing services to a customer, Three Flowers Technology may process customer-provided information on behalf of that customer and in accordance with the applicable agreement, statement of work, customer instructions, and approved access requirements.

Customer data is treated as Confidential or Restricted unless otherwise specified by the customer.

4. AI Tool Use

Three Flowers Technology may use AI productivity tools to support drafting, planning, summarization, documentation assistance, policy language, technical examples, and general productivity.

AI tools are not used as systems of record and are not used for automated or high-risk decision-making.

Restricted data, credentials, secrets, regulated data, production exports, protected health information, sensitive personal information, or sensitive customer information are not intentionally entered into AI tools unless explicitly authorized by the customer.

5. How We Share Information

Three Flowers Technology may share personal information only as needed for business operations or service delivery, including with:

  • Customers or authorized customer representatives

  • Approved SaaS/cloud providers

  • E-signature, invoicing, accounting, or administrative service providers

  • Legal, tax, or professional advisors

  • Government or regulatory authorities if required by law

Three Flowers Technology does not use human subcontractors to process customer personal information unless specifically arranged and subject to appropriate confidentiality, security, and data protection requirements.

6. Third-Party Service Providers

Three Flowers Technology may use third-party SaaS/cloud providers to support business operations, communication, documentation, collaboration, invoicing, contract management, and service delivery.

These providers may process information according to their own terms, privacy notices, data processing terms, and security practices.

7. Security

Three Flowers Technology uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to its size and scope, including:

  • Access controls

  • MFA where supported

  • Approved SaaS/cloud platforms

  • Device security controls

  • Endpoint protection where available

  • Encryption in transit and at rest where supported

  • Data classification and handling rules

  • Incident response procedures

  • Business continuity practices

No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but Three Flowers Technology works to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.

8. Retention

Three Flowers Technology retains personal information only as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to provide services, meet contractual obligations, resolve issues, maintain business records, or comply with legal, tax, or regulatory requirements.

Customer data is returned, deleted, or retained according to the applicable agreement, customer instructions, legal obligations, or legitimate business recordkeeping needs.

9. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or other actions relating to your personal information.

If your information was provided to Three Flowers Technology by a customer as part of a customer engagement, requests may need to be directed to that customer.

Three Flowers Technology does not knowingly collect or process children’s personal information as part of its standard business operations or consulting services.
